מרצה ומנחה בפרויקטי גמר לתואר ראשון ובוחנת שנייה בפרויקטי גמר לתואר שני בבית הספר להנדסת תעשייה וניהול בשנקר. נוסף על עשייתה בבית הספר להנדסת תעשייה וניהול, להב הנחתה בפרויקט מרקחה ובהאקתון הלאומי ושימשה חברה בצוות ארגון וניהול האקתון הלאומי בין השנים 2022-2024. ביום האישה 2023, העניקה בשנקר הרצאת השראה אישית על מסע אישי של התמודדות, שיקום וצמיחה.
תפקידים בתעשייה:
ניהול תהליכי תפעול ושרשרת אספקה בתחום מוצרי צריכה יוקרתיים אחריות כוללת על שרשרת אספקה מקצה לקצה, הכוללת רכש והזמנות, יבוא בינלאומי, תיאום שילוח, והתקנה לצד התקשרות עם לקוחות בסגמנט הפרימיום. התפקיד כלל תיאום בין ממשקים שונים, עבודה מול ספקים בחו"ל, עמידה בסטנדרטים גבוהים של דיוק ולוחות זמנים, והובלת תהליכים תוך שמירה על איכות השירות.

אחראית על תחום השיווק בדיגיטל של המחלקה לניהול באוניברסיטת בר אילן.

ניהול חמ"ל מתנדבים ארצי מהגדולים בארץ בתקופת חירום במסגרת מלחמת "חרבות ברזל", "חמ"ל התעשייה של תעשיית הטלוויזיה הקולנוע והפקות אירועים" אחריות לניהול כולל של חמ"ל מתנדבים בפריסה ארצית, תוך תיאום מערך סיוע ללוחמים, למפונים ולנפגעים במגוון תחומים כגון ציוד, דיור, שירותי רפואה, מזון הסעות, מורל ועוד. הובלת תהליכי רכש, שילוח ולוגיסטיקה מקומיים ובינלאומיים.
פיתוח ויישום אפליקציות ייחודיות לייעול תהליכי העבודה, שיפור התקשורת בין המתנדבים, מבקשי הסיוע ומתן כלי ניהול בזמן אמת לצוותי השטח. שיתוף פעולה שוטף עם גופים ממשלתיים, רשויות מקומיות, לשכות רווחה, אט"ל ומרס"ל להבטחת סינרגיה והתאמת השירותים לצרכים השונים בשטח. גיוס תרומות בארץ וברחבי העולם למימון מערך הסיוע והתפעול.
