Hybrid and Digital Learning
Hybrid learning is a unique cross-border learning track. This type of learning consciously and methodologically incorporates three axes: space, time and social composition.
Space: In-person versus remote learning.
• Time: Synchronous versus asynchronous learning.
• Social composition: Group learning versus individual learning.
The Center’s focus is designing technology-aligned learning and teaching methods. This broad-scope definition encompasses a range of possibilities, from hybrid to online-only courses.
For advice and support or to discuss hybrid learning and teaching, please email TalMalka@shenkar.ac.il.
Support for students and lecturers using Miro, Kaltura, and Anotato: TPsupport@shenkar.ac.il.
The center invites lecturers, researchers, designers, students and academic institution representatives to propose collaborations and advance research on hybrid and remote learning. We encourage you to reach out to us. Let’s think and work together!
