Invitation to the International Conference: Multiplicities in Aesthetics & Art

The Unit for History and Philosophy at Shenkar, in collaboration with Mercy University and Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, invites the public to the international academic conference Multiplicities in Aesthetics & Art, which will take place on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, from 9:45 AM to 6:00 PM at the Nathan Drahi Research & Innovation Center, Bezalel Campus, Jerusalem.

The conference, organized by Prof. Michalle Gal of Shenkar in collaboration with Prof. Saul Fisher of Mercy University, will explore the concept of “multiplicity” in art, aesthetics, design, and philosophy, focusing on values of diversity, plurality, and openness in an era increasingly characterized by aspirations toward unity and totality.

Participants include Prof. Saul Fisher, Prof. Michalle Gal, Dr. Eran Guter, Dr. Gal Hertz, Dr. Adina Kamien, Dr. Liat Savin, Dr. Lyat Friedman, Dr. Rona Cohen, and Prof. Dror Pimentel.
