Admission Criteria

If you have a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management, you do not need to complete any additional courses to enroll in our master’s degree program.

If you have a bachelor’s degree in another discipline, you will be required to complete additional courses depending on your academic background.

If you need to complete two prerequisite courses or less, you can do so concurrently with your studies in the program. 

If you need to complete three or more courses, you can only begin your studies once you have passed them. Prerequisite courses require additional tuition payments.

If you have an engineering degree (other than industrial engineering and management)

  • Quantitative Methods 1 (3 credits)
  • Quantitative Methods 2 (4 credits)
  • Organizational Systems (3 credits)
  • Operational Administration and Planning 1 (3 credits)
  • Operational Administration and Planning 2 (3 credits)
  • Work Design and Working Method Optimization (3 credits)
  • Information Systems Analysis 1 (3 credits)
  • Simulation (3 credits)

If you have a bachelor’s degree in exact sciences (mathematics, physics, etc.) or other quantitative disciplines (economics, etc.):

  • Quantitative Methods 1 (3 credits)
  • Quantitative Methods 2 (4 credits)
  • Organizational Systems (3 credits)
  • Operational Administration and Planning 1 (3 credits)
  • Operational Administration and Planning 2 (3 credits)
  • Work Design and Working Method Optimization (3 credits)
  • Databases (3 credits) 
  • Manufacturing Technologies and Processes (3 credits)
  • Information Systems Analysis 1 (3 credits)
  • Simulation (3 credits)

If you have a bachelor’s degree in behavior sciences, design, or another scientific field:

  • Calculus 1 (5 credits)
  • Linear Algebra (3 credits)
  • Organizational Systems (3 credits)
  • Quantitative Methods 1 (3 credits)
  • Quantitative Methods 2 (4 credits)
  • Operational Administration and Planning 1 (3 credits)
  • Operational Administration and Planning 2 (3 credits)
  • Work Design and Working Method Optimization (3 credits)
  • Databases (3 credits) 
  • Manufacturing Technologies and Processes (3 credits)
  • Introduction to Programming (3 credits)
  • Information Systems Analysis 1 (3 credits)
  • Simulation (3 credits)

Please note: Only applicants with an average of 85 and above will be considered for admission (with the exception of special cases approved by the head of the school and the head of the master’s degree program).

  • However, we reserve 10% of all places in the program for students who do not meet the admission criteria. A special admissions committee considers these applicants and makes its decision based on its impression of the applicant’s commitment and dedication, and their ability to complete the program. The committee may also set conditions for the applicant’s final admission.
