Head of the Kadar Center for Design and Technology
Researcher and creator in the field of interaction design, senior member of faculty in the in the Azrieli Faculty of Design, founder and director of the Michal and Avraham Kadar Design and Technology Center.
Rinott holds a Masters Degree in Interaction Design, which she completed with distinction at the first International school in the world dedicated to the field in Ivrea, Italy. Prior to that she earned a Masters Degree in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Tel-Aviv, with Honors.
In 2008, Rinott founded the first Interaction Design Laboratory in Israel, at the Holon Institute of Technology, which she headed until 2015.
Rinott's works, which propose novel forms of interactions, have been exhibited in international conferences and exhibitions, including at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London and the CHI - Computer Human Interaction Conference in the United States. She was the Israeli delegate in the European Union Forum on Interaction and Sound.
In parallel to her academic-design work, Rinott has consulted on interaction design to a variety of companies in the Israeli industry.
