What are the admission criteria for the School of Industrial Engineering & Management?
Admission is based on a matriculation certificate with an average of 90 or above (including bonuses), without the psychometric exam.
We will accept candidates who matriculated in 4 units of mathematics with a score of at least 85, or 5 units of mathematics with a score of at least 75.
or
those who matriculated with an average of 85 or higher, including bonuses (for those who took 4 or 5 units of mathematics, physics, English, chemistry and computer science) and a psychometric exam score of 620 or higher (and a quantitative section score of at least 110).
or
a practical engineering graduate with an average of 90 or higher in the external exams and the graduate project.
Preparatory course: Those accepted to the School of Industrial Engineering & Management are required to take a summer course in mathematics and physics and achieve a passing score.
Note:
- We will allow exceptional admission of candidates who do not meet the admission conditions, of up to 10% of the number of admitted students. The special admissions committee will evaluate exceptional candidates at its discretion and based on its impression of the candidate’s seriousness and ability to successfully undertake engineering studies and will decide accordingly whether to accept these candidates and under what conditions.
- It is possible to check the chances of exceptional admission in cases of scores lower than the threshold requirement. The admissions committee is entitled to admit a candidate whose scores differ from those listed above.
